I first found this recipe online and, with time, added my own little twists to suit our Ramadan evenings. ﷽  Mini Pizza This is a very delicious mini pizza recipe. I usually make them ahead and refrigerate. And give them to school next day. Recipe: Dough 1 Cup Lukewarm milk 1 Tablespoon Active dry Yeast 1 Teaspoon Sugar 3 Cup All purpose Flour ½ Teaspoon Salt ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder 3 Tablespoon olive oil 3 Tablespoon Sugar (optional) In Lukewarm milk mix 1 Tablespoon yeast and 1 Teaspoon sugar and let it proof for 5-10 minutes. Add Flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and mix well. Pour the yeast proofed in milk and oil to the flour and knead to a smooth dough. Knead for 10 minutes or till you get a smooth dough. Cover and let it rise for 1-2 hours. Roll the dough and cut in circles.

Cheese Steak Sandwich

﷽   Cheese Steak is  an easy to make delicious Recipe. One of my family's favourite.  It Can be served with rice or mashed potatoes or any flatbread. Here I stuffed them in soft roll buns and served as sandwiches. > I used stroganoff cut beef for this recipe. >ie. Steak Beef  cut in long strips. >I prefer a cast iron pan to cook the steaks. Recipe Cheese Steak Ingredients   250g Beef Stroganoff cut 1 Onion thinly sliced A small piece of capsicum thinly sliced Olive oil Salt Pepper Butter 2 cloves garlic crushed Finely chopped parsley Smoked dutch cheese slices Shredded mozzarella cheese Jalapenos ( optional) Directions   In the hot pan add olive oil, add in thinly sliced onion and cook till onion is caramelized.  Corn Dogs Recipe: 1/2 Cup Corn Meal  1/2 Cup Flour (more if needed)  1 Tbspn Sugar  Little salt A pinch of baking soda  1 Egg 1/2 Cup milk Honey (optional)  Hot dogs  Skewers Oil for frying  Mix the dry ingredients, now add beaten egg, milk and honey if using and mix well, it should be a thick batter (add more flour or milk if needed) Pour in a thin tall glass. Pat dry the hotdogs with kitchen towel and skewer them. There should be enough oil in the pan to deep fry the corn dogs ( use deep pots)

  Recipe: Crêpes Classic Crêpes Light, thin, and versatile, these crêpes are perfect for breakfast or dessert. Whether enjoyed simply with ghee and sugar or filled with your favorite toppings, they are easy to make and absolutely delicious! Ingredients 2 eggs 1½ cups milk 1–2 tbsp oil or melted butter ½ tsp vanilla essence 1 cup flour Instructions Prepare the batter: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil (or melted butter), and vanilla essence until well combined. Gradually add the flour, whisking continuously to form a smooth, lump-free batter . ( or add all the ingredients in a blender and blend) Rest the batter (optional): Let it sit for 10–15 minutes for better texture. Cook the crêpes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly.   Here’s a refined version of your apple pie filling recipe with better balance and clarity: Apple Pie Filling Ingredients: 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and finely chopped 2-3 tbsp brown sugar (adjust to taste) 1 tsp granulated sugar (optional, based on apple sweetness) ½ tsp ground cinnamon Pinch of salt 2 tsp cornstarch 1 tbsp butter Instructions: In a saucepan Add chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, cornstarch, butter and granulated sugar if using. Stir well. Cover and cook on low-medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples soften and release juices. Continue cooking for 1-2 minutes until the filling thickens and looks glossy. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before filling the puff pastry. To Use in Puff Pastry: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Fill the pastry with cooled apple mixture, seal edges, brush with milk or egg wash and bake until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes, depending on pastry thickness).

    Aysee Chicken Filling Ingredients Chicken (boneless) Soy Sauce Chilli powder Corn starch Salt Curry Leaves Onion Ginger Garlic Capsicum Parsley/ coriander leaves Mint leaves Ketchup Soy Sauce Oil Directions Marinate Chicken with salt, chilli powder, soy sauce and corn starch. Shallow fry in oil. And keep aside. In the same pan saute ginger garlic and onion till caramelized. Add salt and chilli powder, add chicken and ketchup and soya sauce, mix well and cook for 2-3 min. Add finely chopped leaves, mix well.  Batter Ingredients 1 Cup Flour 1 Cup Milk 150ml Oil 2 eggs Pinch pepper powder Salt as needed 1/4 tspn baking powder Directions Blend everything together in a blender. Baking Preheat the oven at 200°C. Grease a baking pan.  Pour half the batter into the baking pan and bake at 180°C for 5-10min.
