Apple Puffs

 

Apple Pie Filling

2 apples, peeled and finely chopped

2-3 tbspn brown sugar

1 tspn sugar(if needed)

1/2 tspn ground cinnamon

Pinch salt

2 tspn corn starch

Butter

Add everything in to a sauce pan. Cover and cook on till done.

Fill in the puff pastry sheet. Bake at 200°C till done.
