After making a batch of samosas, I was left with a stack of samosa sheets. Usually, they would end up tucked away in the freezer, only to be forgotten for months. I cook them whenever I need soft chapathis, fry them into crispy puffed puris, or use the cooked as wraps for shawarma, tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas and so much more.
