 ﷽ Ghee Rice & Butter Chicken Ghee Rice Ingredients: 2 Cups Basmati Rice 1 Small onion 1-2  Tablespoon Oil + Ghee Salt as needed Whole Spices 4 Green Cardamom  5 Cloves 1 Black Cardamom  1 Bay Leaf 1 Cinnamon stick 3½ Cup Water Juice of ½ Lime ½ Teaspoon cardamom powder Nuts and raisins fried in ghee ( for garnish, optional) Directions Wash the rice and soak for 10-15 minutes. In a Saucepan add oil+ ghee, add in whole spices and thinly sliced onion and sauté till onion is translucent. Add in water, salt and lime juice and bring to boil. Drain and add the rice and let it come to a boil. Lower the flame, cover and cook for 10-15 min. Or till done. Garnish with nuts and raisins.

  ﷽  🍗🍚Fried Rice with Homemade Sweet Chilli Sauce🍚🍗 Recipe: Sweet Chilli Sauce Ingredients   ½ Cup Water ¼ Cup white vinegar ¼ Cup Jaggery/ sugar ( I prefer jaggery taste) 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce 1 Teaspoon Paprika Powder 2 Garlic cloves Crushed Salt as needed For cornstarch slurry 1- 1½ Teaspoon Cornstarch ( adjust according to desired thickness 1 Tablespoon Water Directions   Add water, vinegar, jaggery, soy sauce, garlic, paprika and salt to a sauce pan and mix well. Turn on the flame and boil till the jagg is melted. Make cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch and water. Pour the cornstarch slurry into t sauce and mix well. Cook for a f minutes, ie cornstarch is cooked and the sauce has thickened. 💕Enjoy it with spring rolls, crispy fried chicken, fried rice etc💕

Even though my biryani didn't turned out to be as tasty as that of my grandmother's, mother-in-laws, or mother's, Finally I got it close to theirs after so many attempts.    Recipe: Chicken (700-800g)(cut into small pieces) For Marination Ginger garlic green chilly leaves yoghurt  Lime juice salt  pepper Turmeric Garam masala Cumin Fennel Coriander powder Add the above ingredients in a grinder and blend. Marinate the chicken and keep refrigerated. (Tastes better if marinated overnight) To cook Rice Rice 2 cups( I used Basmati) Whole spices -Bay leaf -Cinnamon -Cloves -Green Cardamom  -Black Cardamom  -Star Anise Garam Masala Ghee oil Salt Boiling water. Wash the rice and soak for few min. In a pan add ghee and oil. Add whole spices. Add the rice and sauté for few min.  Add salt and Garam Masala. Add boiling water and cook till 80-90% done.   Pizza Rice Recipe: Ingredients Olive oil Crushed garlic Oregano Chilli flakes Veggies Onion Carrot Corn Capsicum Peas Cauliflower Salt Pepper Cajun Seasoning (Recipe below) 1/4 Chicken cube  Matta Rice (Washed, soaked for 10-15min and drained) Pizza sauce  Hot water or chicken stock     Method   In rice cooker add olive oil, garlic, oregano and chilli flakes Add in veggies, mix and cover and cook for few min. Add salt, pepper and cajun seasoning (or any other seasonings) and chicken  Mix well Add rice, pizza sauce, chicken cube( optional) and hot water or stock. Cover and Cook till done. Cajun Seasoning 2 tbsp: Paprika or smoked påprika 1 tbsp: Garlic powder 1 tbsp: Onion powder 1 tsp: Oregano, dried leaf 1 tsp: Thyme, dried 1 tsp: Black pepper 1 tsp: Cayenne pepper (I used Kashmiri chilli) Mix Well
