Aysee Chicken Filling



Ingredients

Chicken (boneless)

Soy Sauce

Chilli powder

Corn starch

Salt

Curry Leaves

Onion

Ginger

Garlic

Capsicum

Parsley/ coriander leaves

Mint leaves

Ketchup

Soy Sauce

Oil


Directions

Marinate Chicken with salt, chilli powder, soy sauce and corn starch. Shallow fry in oil.

And keep aside.

In the same pan saute ginger garlic and onion till caramelized. Add salt and chilli powder, add chicken and ketchup and soya sauce, mix well and cook for 2-3 min. Add finely chopped leaves, mix well.



 Batter

Ingredients

1 Cup Flour

1 Cup Milk

150ml Oil

2 eggs

Pinch pepper powder

Salt as needed

1/4 tspn baking powder

Directions

Blend everything together in a blender.

Baking

Preheat the oven at 200°C. Grease a baking pan. 

Pour half the batter into the baking pan and bake at 180°C for 5-10min. (Till its set, easier to spread the filling or the filling will go to the bottom of the pan)

Spread the filling evenly and pour the rest of the batter on top .

Bake at 180°C for 20 min or till done.


You can use any savory filling of your choice.
