Simple Chocolate Brownies

Rich, chewy, and easy to make—these brownies are perfect for any chocolate lover!

Ingredients

  • 100g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ cup all purpose brown flour
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Chopped chocolate & nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until well combined.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla essence, mixing until smooth.
  3. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  5. Stir in chopped chocolate and nuts if using.
  6. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
