Avocado Egg Toast
Ingredients:

4 bread slices

1 ripe avocado

Salt & pepper (to taste)

1 tsp lime juice

4 eggs

½ tsp paprika (optional)

Butter or garlic butter
Instructions:

Toast the bread: Spread butter (or garlic butter) on each bread slice and toast in a pan or oven until golden and crisp.

Prepare the avocado spread: Mash the avocado with salt, pepper, and lime juice until smooth.

Cook the eggs: Fry the eggs sunny-side up, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using). Alternatively, you can use boiled, poached, or scrambled eggs.

Assemble: Spread the mashed avocado over the toasted bread slices, top each with a cooked egg, and enjoy!
