Falafel

 


Ingredients

2 cups chickpeas soaked overnight or 18-24 hrs and drained

1 cup parsley

1/2 cup dill leaves

3-4 cloves garlic

1 onion

Salt

Pepper

Coriander powder

Cumin powder 

Chilli powder 

Oil for deep frying


Blend everything(except oil) in a blender.

Refrigerate for an hour.

Make balls and deep fry in oil
