Falooda Oats

Image
I am not sure whether you can call this healthy even though Sugar in the Rose syrup is the only unhealthy ingredient in this. But it definitely is very tasty. A quick and easy recipe to try especially when you crave for falooda or desserts.  Just add oats, chopped fruits, dry fruits of your choice, Basil seeds soaked in water, Rose syrup in a jar or bowl and pour cold milk into it and mix well. Top it with corn flakes and nuts for extra crunch. Here I used Whole Oats Fruits: Banana Strawberry Apple Dates Dried cranberries Raisins Rose Syrup Basil seeds (soaked in water) Almond flakes Pistachio slices Corn Flakes Milk To make it healthier switch rose syrup with rose water and use honey or other natural sweetener if wanted. Dates and fruits itself will give some sweetness.
