Smoked Turkey Croissant Sandwich

A warm, café-style breakfast sandwich that’s quick to make but feels indulgent—perfect for mornings when you’re craving something a little fancy.

Ingredients

  • Croissants, halved horizontally

  • Gouda cheese slices (or any cheese of your choice)

  • Smoked turkey mortadella

  • Fresh lettuce leaves

  • Tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C .

  2. Slice each croissant horizontally, leaving one edge attached to keep it hinged.

  3. Place a slice of Gouda cheese inside the croissant.

  4. Toast in the oven for 2–3 minutes, or until the cheese softens.

  5. Remove from the oven and layer with smoked turkey mortadella, tomato slices, and fresh lettuce.

  6.  Close the croissant and serve warm—with a hot cup of coffee for the perfect breakfast treat.
