BROWNIE SIZZLERS
The ultimate indulgence—warm brownies, cold ice cream, and hot chocolate sauce!

CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Rich, glossy & quick!

You’ll Need:

  • 3 tbsp chopped chocolate

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • A small piece of butter

  • Few drops of vanilla essence

Method:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate, cocoa powder, and milk.

  2. Microwave for 30 secs or until milk boils.

  3. Add butter and vanilla. Let it sit 1-2 mins till chocolate melts. Mix well.

  4. Adjust thickness with more chocolate (for thicker) or milk (for thinner).
    Alternate: Heat milk separately and pour over other ingredients to melt. Mix until smooth.
    (P.S. I usually eyeball it!)



SIMPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
Chewy, rich, and chocolatey!

Ingredients:

  • 100g unsalted butter

  • 1 cup raw sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • ½ cup brown all-purpose flour

  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • Chopped chocolate & nuts (optional)

Method:

  1. Cream butter + sugar.

  2. Add eggs + vanilla. Mix till smooth.

  3. Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Fold dry into wet. Stir in choc/nuts (if using).

  5. Pour into greased pan. Bake @ 180°C for 30 mins.

  6. Cool, then cut into squares.


ASSEMBLY – SIZZLER STYLE

  1. Heat a cast iron plate till smoking hot.

  2. Place a brownie square on it.

  3. Add a scoop of vanilla or butterscotch ice cream.

  4. Pour hot chocolate sauce generously.

  5. Garnish with chopped nuts.
    Sizzle, serve, enjoy!
