BROWNIE SIZZLERS
The ultimate indulgence—warm brownies, cold ice cream, and hot chocolate sauce!
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Rich, glossy & quick!
You’ll Need:

3 tbsp chopped chocolate
-
1 tsp cocoa powder
-
2 tbsp milk
-
A small piece of butter
-
Few drops of vanilla essence
Method:

In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate, cocoa powder, and milk.

Microwave for 30 secs or until milk boils.

Add butter and vanilla. Let it sit 1-2 mins till chocolate melts. Mix well.

Adjust thickness with more chocolate (for thicker) or milk (for thinner).
Alternate: Heat milk separately and pour over other ingredients to melt. Mix until smooth.
(P.S. I usually eyeball it!)
SIMPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
Chewy, rich, and chocolatey!
Ingredients:

100g unsalted butter
-
1 cup raw sugar
-
2 eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla essence
-
½ cup brown all-purpose flour
-
⅓ cup cocoa powder
-
¼ tsp baking powder
-
¼ tsp salt
-
Chopped chocolate & nuts (optional)
Method:

Cream butter + sugar.
-
Add eggs + vanilla. Mix till smooth.

Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.

Fold dry into wet. Stir in choc/nuts (if using).

Pour into greased pan. Bake @ 180°C for 30 mins.

Cool, then cut into squares.
ASSEMBLY – SIZZLER STYLE

Heat a cast iron plate till smoking hot.

Place a brownie square on it.

Add a scoop of vanilla or butterscotch ice cream.
-
Pour hot chocolate sauce generously.

Garnish with chopped nuts.
Sizzle, serve, enjoy!
