Baked Sweet Potatoes

A warm, comforting, and healthy snack that pairs beautifully with a cup of tea. Easy to make and naturally sweet — perfect for any time of day.


Ingredients

  • Sweet potatoes (as needed)

  • Aluminium foil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 205°C (400°F).

  2. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.

  3. Wrap each sweet potato in aluminium foil.

  4. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until they are soft when pressed.
    Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the sweet potatoes.

  5. Cool for a few minutes after baking.

  6. Unwrap, make a slit on top, and gently peel off the skin.

  7. Serve warm — best enjoyed with a cup of tea.
