 Club sandwich 

This  Club Sandwich is a deliciously layered sandwich with turkey mortadella, fresh veggies, cheese, and a flavorful homemade sauce. Perfect for a hearty meal or a quick, satisfying snack!

Ingredients

For the sandwich:

  • 3 slices multigrain bread
  • 1-2 slices turkey mortadella
  • 1-2 leaves rosa lettuce
  • 2–3 thin tomato slices
  • 2–3 cucumber pickle slices
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 boiled egg, sliced
  • Butter (optional, for toasting)

For the sauce:

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1½ tsp mustard sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard sauce, honey, and hot sauce. Set aside.
  2. Assemble the first layer:
    • Take one slice of bread and spread a layer of the sauce.
    • Place lettuce, turkey mortadella, tomato slices, and cucumber pickles on top.
  3. Build the second layer:
    • Spread sauce on another slice of bread and place it over the first layer.
    • Add a cheese slice and sliced boiled egg. 
    • Sprinkle pepper powder on top of the egg ( optional)
  4. Finish the sandwich:
    • Spread sauce on the last slice of bread and place it on top to complete the stack.
    • Lightly press down and slice diagonally for easy serving.
  5. Optional twist: Swap the boiled egg slice with a sunny-side-up egg or an omelet .
