Chicken Mayo Sandwiches

This creamy, flavorful chicken mayo filling makes for a quick and delicious sandwich, perfect for breakfast or a light meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional, for spice)
  • 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • A few drops of hot sauce (optional)
  • Chopped parsley, for freshness

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat oil or butter and sauté the ginger-garlic paste. Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized.
  2. Stir in the grated carrot and green chili (if using), mixing well. Add the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Turn off the heat and add in the chopped parsley, mayonnaise, ketchup, and hot sauce. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the filling between slices of bread and enjoy fresh or toasted.
