Homemade Beef Burger 🍔

A simple yet satisfying homemade beef burger—juicy, flavorful, and packed with delicious toppings.



Ingredients (Makes 4 Burgers)

  • 400-500g minced beef
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • Butter (for toasting buns)

Toppings:

  • Crispy beef strips (fried in butter)
  • Finely chopped white onion
  • Tomato slices (seasoned with salt & pepper)
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Cucumber dill pickles

Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp diced sweet relish or finely chopped pickles

Directions:

  1. Shape the minced beef into patties and cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
  2. Cover and cook on low for another 5 minutes or until done.
  3. Place cheese slices on the patties and turn off the heat.
  4. Toast the brioche buns in butter until golden.
  5. Generously spread the sauce on both halves of the bun.
  6. Assemble the burger with the patty, crispy beef strips, and toppings.

A perfect homemade alternative—juicy, flavorful, and easy to make.



Since boycotting Israeli products, we’ve been craving a good burger. The available options were either too pricey or didn’t meet our expectations, so we decided to make one at home—and it turned out delicious!
