🍔Beef Burger🍔
Recipe:
Ingredients ( 4 Burgers)
- 400-500g Minced Beef (approx.)
- 4 Cheese slices
- 4 Brioche Burger Buns
- Butter to toast the buns
Toppings used.
- Beef strips ( fry in butter till it turns crispy)
- Finely chopped white onion
- Tomato slices ( seasoned with a pinch of salt & pepper)
- Ice berg lettuce
- Cucumber dill pickl
Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½ Tablespoon ketchup
- 1 Teaspoon mustard sauce
- 1 Teaspoon honey
- ½ Teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 Teaspoon diced sweet relish or finely chopper pickle cucumbers.
Directions
- Take a ball of minced beef, flatten it to form a patty and cook in a pan on each side on high flame.
- For 1-2 minutes
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame or till done.
- Place cheese slices on top of the patties and turn off the flame.
- Toast the buns in butter.
- Spread the sauce generously on both halves of the bun.
- Add other toppings and make burgers.
Since boycotting Israeli products we've been craving for a good 🍔. Other available options were either too expensive or weren't up to our expectations.
So we tried making one at home which turned out to be pretty good.
