🍔Beef Burger🍔

Recipe: 

Ingredients ( 4 Burgers)

  • 400-500g Minced Beef (approx.)
  • 4 Cheese slices
  • 4 Brioche Burger Buns
  • Butter to toast the buns

Toppings used.

  • Beef strips ( fry in butter till it turns crispy)
  • Finely chopped white onion
  • Tomato slices ( seasoned with a pinch of salt & pepper)
  • Ice berg lettuce
  • Cucumber dill pickl

Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ Tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 Teaspoon mustard sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon honey
  • ½ Teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon diced sweet relish or finely chopper pickle cucumbers.

Directions 


  • Take a ball of minced beef, flatten it to form a patty and cook in a pan on each side on high flame.
  •  For 1-2 minutes 
  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame or till done.
  • Place cheese slices on top of the patties and turn off the flame.
  • Toast the buns in butter.
  • Spread the sauce generously on both halves of the bun.
  • Add other toppings and make burgers.

Since boycotting Israeli products we've been craving for a good 🍔. Other available options were either too expensive or weren't up to our expectations.
So we tried making one at home which turned out to be pretty good.
