Coconut Chocolate Delight

This is a very addictive and delicious dessert/ pudding .
If you're a chocoholic like me, you can't stop devouring them.

This pudding has 6 layers, a biscuit layer, coconut layer, chocolate sauce, walnut, whipping cream and chocolate ganache...
Sounds heavenly right, tastes as well😋
Ingredients
Biscuit layer
•100g Digestive biscuit
•25g Melted butter
Coconut layer
•1 Cup Grated coconut
•1/2 Tin Condensed milk
•Pinch salt
Chocolate Sauce
•1/8 Cup chopped chocolate
•1/8 Cup boiling hot milk
•Few drops vanilla essence
•Crushed walnuts
Cream layer
•200 ml Whipping cream
•2-3 Tablespoon condensed milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
Chocolate Ganache
•1/4 Cup chopped chocolate
•1/4 Cup Thick cream
•Vanilla essence
•A piece of butter
Layer 1
Crush the digestive biscuits.
Add melted butter and mix well.
Spread in the serving dish
Layer 2
In a pan add grated coconut and roast till the moisture is gone,ie, 1-2 minute
Add in condensed milk and a pinch of salt. Mix well and heat for 1-2 Minutes.
Spread on top of the biscuit.
Layer 3
In a bowl add 1/8 Cup chopped chocolate.
Boil 1/8 cup of milk.
Pour the hot boiling milk on top of the chocolate.
Add a few drops of vanilla essence, mix well.
Pour on top of the coconut layer.
Layer 4
Spread crushed walnut on top of chocolate layer.
Layer 5
Whip the whipping cream with condensed milk and vanilla essence.
Spread them on top of the walnut layer.
Layer 6
Add equal quantities of chopped chocolate and thick cream in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 30s till the cream starts boling
Add in butter and vanilla, wait for a minute or 2 and mix well.
Spread them on top of whipping cream layer.
I pour the ganache in a piping bag and made a pattern on top of whipped cream layer.
I used some dulce de leche/caramel cream and grated chocolate for decoration.
Refrigerate for atleast 6 hours before seving.
