Coconut Chocolate Delight

 ﷽ This is a very addictive and delicious dessert/ pudding . If you're a chocoholic like me, you can't stop devouring them. Please do try this recipe and don't forget to give the feedback. This pudding has 6 layers, a biscuit layer, coconut layer, chocolate sauce, walnut, whipping cream and chocolate ganache... Aviyal

﷽   Aviyal is a traditional south indian curry usually seen with sadhya or south indian tali meals. It is usually seen as a dry side dish. But we like it as the main curry with plain rice. I am not sure whether this is the authentic way to make aviyal, but we enjoy it this way. Steps are similar, but I've adapted it according to our taste preference.  Recipe: Ingredients To cook Vegetables 1 drumstick cut in sticks 2-3 Lady fingers cut in sticks A piece of pumpkin cut in cubes 1 carrot cut in sticks  A piece of Raw mango ( optional) Half onion roughly cut Half tomato roughly cut Water enough to cover the vegetables Salt 1 teaspoon turmeric powder Use Vegetables  according to your preference. Cheese Steak Sandwich

﷽   Cheese Steak is  an easy to make delicious Recipe. One of my family's favourite.  It Can be served with rice or mashed potatoes or any flatbread. Here I stuffed them in soft roll buns and served as sandwiches. > I used stroganoff cut beef for this recipe. >ie. Steak Beef  cut in long strips. >I prefer a cast iron pan to cook the steaks. Recipe Cheese Steak Ingredients   250g Beef Stroganoff cut 1 Onion thinly sliced A small piece of capsicum thinly sliced Olive oil Salt Pepper Butter 2 cloves garlic crushed Finely chopped parsley Smoked dutch cheese slices Shredded mozzarella cheese Jalapenos ( optional) Directions   In the hot pan add olive oil, add in thinly sliced onion and cook till onion is caramelized.  ﷽ Moist Chocolate Cake with Cream cheese frosting and Chocolate Ganache served in a Pudding Bowl. One of my family's favourites. I prefer serving the cakes in pudding bowls as it is easier and less messy without compromising the taste. Here I used the same bowl to bake the cake and serve it. Recipe For the cake Grease 20cm*20cm ( 8" x 8") square oven proof dish. Preheat the oven at 200°C Ingredients   1 Cup whole wheat All purpose flour @kfmkuwait 1 Cup raw sugar 1/3 Cup + 1 Tbspn Coco powder 3/4 Tspn Baking powder 3/4 Tspn Baking Soda 1/2 Tspn salt 1/2 Tspn instant coffee 1 Egg 1/4 Cup oil 1 Tspn vanilla essence 1/2 Cup milk (or buttermilk /laban) 1/2 Cup Boiling hot water Directions Sift flour, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Add raw sugar and mix well. Add in egg, oil, vanilla essence and milk. Mix well till combined. Add in instant coffee and hot water and mix till combined. Layali Lubnan

 ﷽ Layali Lubnan - Lebanese Night is an easy and delicious Middle Eastern Dessert.  The base layer is a semolina pudding flavoured with Orange blossom water and rose water. It is topped with a layer or  homemade Ashta or cream.  Then Garnished  with silvered pistachios and rose petals. Usually Served with orange blossom and rose flavoured sugar syrup. This pudding was sweet enough for me to enjoy without sugar syrup. But kids preferred little sugar syrup on top. Caramel Pudding

﷽ Easy and delicious pudding. Can be served warm or chilled. Blend egg, milk , sugar with vanilla and milk powder  pour over caramelized sugar and steam cook till done. I used the pulse mode in the blender and let it rest for a few minutes while  I caramelised the sugar. So there wasn't much foam in the custard. Recipe: Ingredients   For Custard 4 Eggs 1 Tspn Vanilla essence  ( cardamom powder also can be used fo flavor, but I prefer vanilla) 1/3 -1/2 Cup raw sugar ( can add more if you want it to be sweeter) pinch salt 4 Tbspn Milk powder 300 ml milk For Caramel 3-4 Tbspn Sugar Directions Add eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, milk powder, salt and milk to the blender. Blend on pulse mode. Caramelize the sugar till it turns golden brown. Pour to the mould. Strain and pour the custard . Bring the water in the steamer to boil.
