RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken cut into 6 pieces(800g)
For marinade:
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Or
  • (Yoghurt +Milk)
  • Hot sauce
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt pepper
For Coating:
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Gramflour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Meat Masala powder

DIRECTIONS:
  • Marinate the chicken n keep refrigerated overnight or at least 4-6 hrs.
  • Coat chicken with flour mixture dip in the marinade and coat again.
  • Fry in the hot oil on medium flame atleast for 10 minutes.
  • Air fry for 5-10 minutes(optional)
