RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken cut into 6 pieces(800g)
For marinade:
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Or
- (Yoghurt +Milk)
- Hot sauce
- Ginger garlic paste
- Salt pepper
For Coating:
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tbsp Gramflour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Cayenne pepper
- Cinnamon powder
- Meat Masala powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Marinate the chicken n keep refrigerated overnight or at least 4-6 hrs.
- Coat chicken with flour mixture dip in the marinade and coat again.
- Fry in the hot oil on medium flame atleast for 10 minutes.
- Air fry for 5-10 minutes(optional)
