﷽  Mini Pizza This is a very delicious mini pizza recipe. I usually make them ahead and refrigerate. And give them to school next day. Recipe: Dough 1 Cup Lukewarm milk 1 Tablespoon Active dry Yeast 1 Teaspoon Sugar 3 Cup All purpose Flour ½ Teaspoon Salt ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder 3 Tablespoon olive oil 3 Tablespoon Sugar (optional) In Lukewarm milk mix 1 Tablespoon yeast and 1 Teaspoon sugar and let it proof for 5-10 minutes. Add Flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and mix well. Pour the yeast proofed in milk and oil to the flour and knead to a smooth dough. Knead for 10 minutes or till you get a smooth dough. Cover and let it rise for 1-2 hours. Roll the dough and cut in circles.
