Step 2: Prepare the Bread
For Brioche Bread:
- Take a brioche slice and press the center with a spoon or pestle to create a slight indentation.

- Place a cheese slice on top.
- Crack an egg into the dent made in the bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the egg whites.
- Bake in a preheated oven or air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes or until the egg is set.
For Regular Bread:
- Take two slices of bread.
- Cut the center out of one slice, keeping the edges intact.
- Spread chili garlic butter on the uncut slice and place a cheese slice on top.
- Place the cut-out slice over it, creating a frame.
- Crack an egg into the hole and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the egg whites.
- Bake in a preheated oven or air fryer at 180°C for 10–15 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
Step 3: Make Garlic Bread (Using the Cut-Out Piece)
- Take the cut-out bread piece from the regular bread.
- Spread a layer of chili garlic butter on top.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven or air fryer at 180°C for 5–7 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
