 Easy Meen Ada/ Pathiri (Fish cakes/pies) This easy and delicious take on Meen Ada is perfect for satisfying instant cravings. For the dough Ingredients: 1 cup rice flour (Appam/Pathiri/Idiyappam flour) Salt to taste ½ cup hot boiling water (adjust as needed) For extra flavor (optional): ¼ cup grated coconut 2-3 shallots (or spring onion whites) ½ teaspoon fennel seeds Directions: Grind coconut, shallots, and fennel seeds with a little water to form a paste. In a bowl, mix rice flour, salt, and the coconut paste. Gradually add hot water and knead into a soft, smooth dough.
