Easy, delicious and Simple Breakfast - Cucumber Labneh Sandwich, Scramble Eggs, Rösti and Cardamom Milk Tea
Cucumber Labneh Sandwich
- 4 Slices of Bread
- Labneh Spread
- 1 Cucumber slices
- Salt
- Pepper
- Spread Labneh on a slice of bread.
- Place Cucumber slices.
- Sprinkle salt & Pepper on top of cucumber slices.
- Spread labneh on the other slice of bread and place on top to make a sandwich.
- Make 2 sandwiches
- Cut them into 4 pieces.
Scrambled Egg
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Labneh
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mix Egg and Labneh.
- Heat a pan.
- Add butter and spread.
- Pour the egg mix.
- Gently move the eggs from edges to the middle of the pan and cook on the medium flame till done.
- Egg should be soft and moist.
- Don't over cook the eggs, it will get cooked further in the pan after turning off.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Milk Tea with Cardamom
For 2 Cups of Tea
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup milk ( full fat)
- 4 Teaspoon Sugar ( adjust according to taste)
- ½ Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 3 Teaspoon dried Tea leaf 🌿
