French Toast

 French Toast 

Ingredients

4 Slices of Bread

2 Eggs

3-4 tbspn Milk

1/4 tspn cinnamon powder

3-4 tbspn sugar

A pinch of salt

Few drops of vanilla essence

Butter for frying

Directions

Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, vanilla essence, milk and eggs. Dip the bread in the mix and shallow fry in butter.

Cream Cheese Topping

1 square kiri cheese(at room temperature)

1-2tbspn condensed milk

Few drops of vanilla essence

2-3 tbspn thick cream.

Directions

Mix everything together.

Spread on each slice of toast.

Top it with chocolate sauce, fruits and nuts of your choice
